'Drawing takes time. A line has time in it' (David Hockney)
Would you like to learn to draw or improve your existing skills?
Build in confident drawing technique, with a skill that is transferable to the other mediums you would like to explore.
You will be given lots of drawing inspiration, and dedicated time to develop your skill level and knowledge - practice in a social atmosphere, with guided tuition.
Participants will delve in and experiment with a variety of drawing materials, covering the subjects of botanicals, nature, illustration, still life & life drawing, with advice on tools and materials. Time to practice in an non-judgemental and friendly environment.
★★★ Remember, great drawing experiences are not always about the outcome, but often about the things you learn when you experiment.
Exercises will introduce you to new ways of mark making and materials that perhaps you have never drawn with before, from a huge range of materials including, inks, watercolours, graphite, pastels and printmaking. 10% off art materials in the shop for the duration of the course.
